The most compelling demonstration is the one where you recognize the documents. To make every minute count — and to protect your time and ours — we ask that you prepare the following before booking your session.
Do not submit live client files, privileged matter documents, or any materials covered by attorney-client privilege or confidentiality obligations. Use sanitized, redacted, or synthetic versions of representative documents. A demo corpus of anonymized contracts — party names replaced, deal terms generalized — is entirely sufficient to demonstrate the system's capabilities and does not implicate your professional responsibility obligations or BAR ethics rules. If you are unsure whether a document is appropriate to share, it is not.
Enough to make retrieval non-trivial — answers that cite four different contracts from four different counterparties are far more convincing than a single-document lookup. More than 200 documents adds ingest time without adding demo impact. The sweet spot is 75–120 documents across three or more document types.
Once your demo is confirmed, we provision a dedicated Google Cloud Storage bucket scoped to your session and send you a signed upload link. Drop your documents in — no account required, no third-party service. We ingest, index, and verify the system before the call — zero setup time on your clock.
The bucket is isolated to your demo session. All documents and derived indexes are permanently deleted immediately after the session ends — we confirm deletion in writing. No copies, no embeddings, no residual data retained.
The questions your associates have actually spent hours researching — the ones where you pulled every contract in a matter to find one clause. Bring those 10. We run them live against your documents and return an answer with source citations in seconds. The closer they are to real work, the more compelling the result. Ten queries is the right number — enough variety to be definitive, focused enough to stay within 30 minutes.
Don't ask "What do the NDAs say?" — ask "Which NDAs permit disclosure to affiliates, and under what conditions?" Specific questions produce specific, citable answers. Think about the exact outcome you want to demonstrate to your partners — then work backwards to the question that surfaces it. The system is only as compelling as the queries you bring.
