Legal Notices

RusticAgentic is a professional technology service. The following disclosures govern the use of this website, our software, and any information presented herein. Read these carefully before engaging our services.

Not Legal Advice

RusticAgentic is a document retrieval and AI-assisted research tool. It is not a law firm. It does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal conclusions. All system outputs — including query responses, document summaries, clause extractions, and cited answers — are generated by an AI language model and are provided for informational and research purposes only. No output from this system constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship. All AI-generated content must be independently reviewed and verified by a licensed attorney before being relied upon for any legal, factual, evidentiary, or transactional purpose.

AI Output Accuracy and Corpus Quality

AI language model outputs are probabilistic and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. The system may miss relevant documents, misquote clauses, hallucinate content, or fail to surface material information. Query results are a starting point for attorney review — not a substitute for it. The quality, accuracy, and completeness of all system outputs is directly dependent on the quality and completeness of the documents ingested. The system can only retrieve and reason over what has been provided to it — incomplete, poorly scanned, or incorrectly formatted documents will produce degraded results. RusticAgentic makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any system output.

Performance and Latency Figures

All query latency figures, token throughput estimates, and concurrent user capacity estimates are based on internal benchmarks run on specific hardware configurations. Actual performance will vary based on corpus size, query complexity, document density, network conditions, GCP region, hardware availability, and system load. Estimated figures are not performance guarantees.

GCP Infrastructure Pricing

GCP infrastructure cost estimates (~$22k–$31k/yr, ~$2.50–$3.50/hr) are based on publicly available GCP committed-use pricing as of the date of publication and are subject to change at any time by Google. Actual costs will depend on usage patterns, region, negotiated rates, and GCP pricing changes. These figures are estimates only and are not a guarantee of actual cost.

ROI and Cost Comparisons

Any reference to cost savings, associate time reduction, or return on investment (including comparisons to competing platforms) are illustrative estimates based on industry-reported figures and general assumptions. Actual results will vary by firm size, practice area, document volume, and use patterns. No specific financial outcome is guaranteed or implied.

Bar Ethics and Professional Responsibility Compliance

Compliance with applicable rules of professional conduct — including obligations regarding confidentiality, competency in technology use, data security, and data residency — is the sole responsibility of the client firm and its licensed attorneys. Requirements vary by jurisdiction. RusticAgentic does not warrant that any deployment configuration satisfies any particular bar ethics opinion, rule, or regulation. Clients must independently assess compliance with all applicable professional responsibility rules before deploying this system.

Attorney-Client Privilege

The sovereign architecture of RusticAgentic is designed to keep privileged documents on client-controlled infrastructure. However, privilege determinations are legal conclusions that depend on facts, jurisdiction, and circumstances outside our control. RusticAgentic makes no representation that use of this system preserves, creates, or protects attorney-client privilege in any particular matter or jurisdiction.

OCR and Document Extraction

Text extracted from scanned PDFs, images, and handwritten documents via optical character recognition (OCR) is an approximation. Accuracy depends on scan resolution, image quality, handwriting legibility, and document condition. OCR output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be verified against original source documents before reliance. Handwritten notes in particular may be partially or incorrectly transcribed. Faded text, low-resolution scans, skewed pages, stamps, and redactions can all reduce accuracy.

No Warranty

RusticAgentic provides all software, deployments, and services "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Specific warranty terms are governed by the engagement letter and MSA executed between RusticAgentic and the client.
